It is a revolution in dentistry that started in 2004 with a clinical and laboratory protocol that I developed to restored severe worn-down dentitions, the 3STEP METHOD.
Back then I was a subtractive classic prosthodontis, and my professional life was not what I would have liked for the rest of my career. I was not happy with the way I was doing dentistry and instead of complaining, I have developed a new way of working… the ADDITIVE dentistry.
Since the future of our profession goes in this direction, I have created this academy to teach other dentists additive adhesive prosthodontics.

In 1998 she obtained the diploma of Medicine at the University of Valencia, Spain.
In 2004 she received her dental degree from the University of Geneva.
Since 2004 she joined the department of Cariology and Endodontics of the same University, directed by Prof Krecji and Prof D. Dietschi where she obtained her degree as Doctor in 2011.
Since 2009, she was part of the Prosthodontics department of Prof Belser, where she worked with Dr. F. Vailati in the Geneva Erosion study.
She has maintained various teaching positions in both the departments until 2019.
Dr. Ana Argente maintains a part-time private practice in Lausanne, dedicated to aesthetic restorative, conservative and Additive Prosthodontics dentistry.
She has contributed to several articles in the field of conservative and additive approach for restoration of dental wear.
In 2006 he obtained his degree as Doctor of Dentistry with the mention CUM LAUDE, from the University of Pavia, Italy.
In 2008, he completed a Master in endodontics with Dr. Fabio Gorni, in Milan, Italy.
In 2012 he participated in continuing education courses with Dr. D. Dietschi and Dr. P. Magne, in Geneva.
In 2013, he met Dr. Francesca Vailati, and started to be part of the 3STEP Academy.
Dr. Giuseppe Puma maintain a full-time private practice in Como and Pavia, dedicated to Aesthetic restorative Dentistry and Additive Dentistry.
Graduated in Dentistry in 2007 at the University of L’Aquila (Italy)

Master in Nanobiotechnology, University of Genoa-Lomonosov University, Moscow.

Dr. Fortunato Alfonsi practices is profession in several places in Italy, since his expertise is full-mouth implant supported rehabilitation.
In Genova, he is the Prosthodontist of a very famous Italian Surgeon, Dr. M. Ronda.
Dr. Alfonsi has published several articles and books in the field of Dentistry. He is the responsible for the Italian version on the 3STEP book.
Private practice in Genova, Domodossola, Como, L’Aquila, Napoli, Salerno.
In 2008 he obtained his Doctor of Dentistry degree from Universidad Diego Portales, Santiago, Chile.
In 2014 he completed his Prosthodontics program with the mention MAGNA CUM LAUDE at the Universidad Andres Bello, Santiago, Chile.
His love for teaching led him to pursue in 2018 a certificate program in medical education at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and an MSc in medical education in 2022 at Universidad Andrés Bello, Chile.
In 2020 he began his training with Dr. Francesca Vailati, and he got immediately her confidence to became responsible of the Spanish version of the 3STEP book.
Dr. Alonso Hidalgo Salas currently works as a professor in the prosthodontics program at the Andrés bello University, as well as a Prosthodontist at the San José medical complex in Chile where he is dedicated to Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and Additive Dentistry.
Graduated in Dentistry from the International University of Catalonia (Barcelona, Spain) in 2017.
In 2022, he completed the Master in Occlusion, Function and Oral Rehabilitation directed by Dr. Diego Soler in Barcelona, Spain.
He has been involved in many courses in the Autran Academy, as very young but promising clinical trainer.
Dr. Mario Carli practices his profession in Barcelona as a specialist in restorative dentistry and minimally invasive adhesive oral rehabilitation.Dr. Ana Argente
